Docuseries, Micro-Series & Community Impact
Eligibility
Any business, organization, or nonprofit may apply to participate, subject to approval by the Reputyz – Making Connections Treasure Hunt Team.
Businesses must be legally registered entities in good standing in their jurisdiction.
Participation Requirements
By participating, your business agrees to:
Enter into a partnership with a minimum term of 12 months, depending on start date, starting on your official activation date.
Contribute a minimum of $250 per month in value (products, services, gift cards, or branded merchandise).
Maintain a minimum total contribution of $3,000 over the contract term. Official games start on September 5, 2025, and are tentatively scheduled to end on December 1, 2026.
Provide accurate and updated business information, including:
* Business name and contact details
* Operating hours
* Branding assets (logo files, color palette, messaging preferences) to support the creation of a Viiision-powered microsite representing your business. Agree to allow Reptuyz and the Making Connections App to promote your participation via digital and printed materials.
Viiision Site Activation
As part of your Treasure Hunt participation, your business will receive a customized, white-labeled microsite powered by Viiision. This site is used to engage participants, share your offers, and track referral and check-in activity. Use of the Viiision site is governed by Viiision’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By participating, your business consents to receive and manage your Viiision microsite as an integral part of the Treasure Hunt experience. For Viiision-related questions, contact [email protected].
Coin Rarity Assignment & Values
Each participating business will be assigned a provisional Coin Rarity Tier upon enrollment.
Final Coin Rarity will be determined between August 15th and November 28th (2025) based on the total number of verified participant signups attributed to your unique referral QR code.
Redemption and Fulfillment
Businesses agree to honor all prize redemptions related to their contributed products, services, or gift cards.
Redemption tracking will be managed by Reputyz. Businesses must maintain adequate inventory to fulfill prizes.
If a prize becomes unavailable, you agree to provide an item of equal or greater value. All prize redemptions are final.
Coin Colors & Value
– Yellow – Common Coin: 25 points ($2.50)
– Blue – Uncommon Coin: 100 points ($10)
– Light Blue – Rare Coin: 500 points ($50)
– Gold – Legendary Coin: 1,000 points ($100)
– Orange – Wild Coin: 250 points ($25) — Wild Coins can be used to complete any color spread.
Referral Incentives
– You will receive a unique $25 signup referral QR code to share with your customers, clients, and networks.
For each new participant who registers using your code:
* Your business will receive a $25 referral credit (paid or applied in the form specified by Reputyz).
* Your business earns credit toward your Coin Rarity Tier.
– Participants signing up through your referral code will receive bonuses based on when they sign up.
Businesses exceeding higher thresholds may unlock:
* Higher Coin Rarity (e.g., Rare or Legendary)
* Featured placement in promotions
* Additional marketing benefits

Redemption and Fulfillment

Events, Check-Ins, and Marketing Support
Marketing Support:
Your Viiision microsite will also be used as a digital engagement hub, white-labeled to your business, accessible via QR codes and links provided by Reputyz and Viiision. These may be printed on signage, included in digital graphics, listed on social media templates, or embedded in marketing content.
Reputyz will provide marketing collateral, including:
– Digital graphics
– Printed signage
– Social media templates
Businesses may elect to host an on-site Pop-Up Signup Event, including:
– A branded Treasure Hunt tent
– Live participant registration
– Customer interviews for Reels, photos, and promotional videos
Events and Check-Ins:
Participating businesses agree to:
– Allow participant check-ins during operating hours.
– Welcome participants who wish to take photos or submit reviews.
– Display Treasure Hunt promotional materials in a visible location.
Sponsorship Opportunities and Prize Drops
Daily Cash Drops:
– Businesses may sponsor Daily Cash Drops consisting of $100 cash prizes hidden in publicly accessible locations.
– Sponsor businesses will be prominently featured in:
* The clue announcement.
* Promotional materials.
* Daily app notifications and social media posts.
– Sponsorship fees and logistics will be coordinated separately with the Reputyz team.
Daily Giveaways:
– Businesses may contribute additional daily giveaways (e.g., gift cards, products, experiences).
– All sponsored giveaways must be fulfilled promptly and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
– Reputyz reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any proposed prize or promotion.
Conduct
Businesses agree to:
– Provide a safe, respectful environment for participants and Reputyz staff.
– Refrain from discouraging or penalizing participants for submitting honest reviews.
– Comply with all applicable health, safety, and business regulations.
– Do not engage in conduct that could harm the reputation or integrity of the Treasure Hunt.
Prior Notice
Reputyz will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice before scheduling any formal filming or interviews at business locations.
– Businesses may decline to participate in interviews or filming, but agree that general event photography and video may occur in publicly accessible areas.
Game Duration and Participation Term
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to participate in the Reputyz Treasure Hunt and its associated activities through November 01, 2026. This includes eligibility for optional involvement in the docuseries scheduled to premiere following the conclusion of the game.
Your participation term includes access to:
– The Annual Grand Prize Hunt
– Seasonal maps and challenges
– Daily and weekly pop-up prizes
– Review and referral rewards
– Be seen or featured in the Docuseries and related marketing materials
– Be showcased as a participant across all social platforms, media interviews, and written or printed materials
– A branded digital microsite powered by Viiision, designed to promote your business and engage participants
– Quarterly analytics reports from Viiision, showing QR scans, link clicks, visitor behavior, and engagement insights specific to your business microsite
All points, coins, and prize redemptions must be used or claimed within the 15-month participation window, plus any applicable grace period for final prize claims.
Liability and Indemnification
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Reputyz and affiliated partners are not responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Businesses agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reputyz and its affiliates from any claims related to:
– Redemption or use of contributed products or services
– Incidents occurring on business premises
– Content shared by participants or staff during marketing activities
Privacy and Data
Businesses will receive aggregated participant engagement data through Reputyz and its analytics partner, Viiision. This may include insights related to QR code scans, click-throughs, check-ins, and profile interactions on your business microsite.
All data is presented in aggregate form only and does not include personally identifiable information, unless a participant has explicitly consented to share that information with your business.
Participant data may only be used for purposes directly related to the Treasure Hunt experience, in accordance with Reputyz’s privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
Reputyz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Docuseries and Socio-Economic Study
Purpose and Overview:
The Reputyz Treasure Hunt is part of a socio-economic study and documentary project examining how gamified experiences impact community connections and local economic development.
Use of Business Data and Media:
By participating, businesses acknowledge that:
– Aggregated, anonymized data regarding participant engagement (e.g., check-ins, redemptions, referrals) will be included in research and reporting.
– Reputyz may conduct event photography and videography at participating business locations.
– Business names, logos, and related materials may be used in marketing, documentary, and press content.
Opt-Out Rights
– Businesses wishing to restrict the use of images or footage of their premises for marketing purposes may request limitations in writing.
– Opting out of media coverage may limit certain promotional opportunities, but it does not terminate participation in the Treasure Hunt.
